This DVD is a 27 minute practice that plays like a video: there is no DVD menu or selection possible. Sybel practices in front of a swimming pool, which is itself in front of a beach. There is a palm tree in the background, and it looks windy. The camera shows her head on for most of the time, but occasionally the camera angle shifts. Sybel leads the viewer through the practice in a voiceover. It is a gentle flow, with stretches and bends, in a sun salutation, forward bends, lunges, warrior poses, and balances. It ends with a relaxation. All through, we hear the sea crashing on the beach and wind chimes. It is a nice practice, especially appropriate for beginners. The production qualities are quite basic but that does not spoil the DVD.
