Pure and Simple Yoga is a pleasing yoga routine lasting 40 minutes. Eoin Finn is probably in his thirties, and the yoga routine is filmed on a beach in Vancouver, Canada. He takes the viewer through sun salutations, side poses, lunges, back bends, and relaxation. His manner is warm and calm in his voiceover. The pace is slow, which means that he allows you to experience each pose and get the benefit. You have the choice of viewing the work out with or without music, and with or without breathing sounds. You also have the option of viewing the workout in its beginner or intermediate versions: they both have the same voiceover, but they have different video tracks, and this is a very nice feature. It is even possible to watch both the beginner and intermediate versions at the same time. Finn also provides an introduction and a breathing session. The production quality is good. Although on its own, this is a modest offering, it is nicely done.
